TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Menu prices per person are good for a minimum of 30 persons. Any function for less than 30 persons will incur an additional fee of P100.00 per plate, minimum.
  • A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking.
  • Full payment should be made one day prior to the event.
  • Any additional charges incurred during the function should be settled immediately or the day after, at the latest.
  • Please deposit payment to:

  • Any changes in the number of persons, time, or menu must be made three (3) days prior to the function.
  • Any cancellations in full shall be subject to a 10% charge plus other minor expenses incurred. Number of persons booked cannot be decreased on the same day of the scheduled function.
  • Charges will be as originally booked. The function’s venue can be booked for a maximum of four (4) hours. This does not include set-up time.
  • However, an overtime fee of P1,500 will be levied for every hour incurred beyond the time allotted for the event, regardless of the number of persons at the time of close.
  • Corkage fee is as follows: P300 for every bottle of wine (750ml), P800 for every bottle of standard liquor (750ml), P1,000 for every bottle of premium hard liquor (750ml). Please take note that the above fees are special fees meant for booked functions and events only and are different from the regular dining corkage.
  • Soda, juice, and beer are not allowed, as these are available in the restaurant.
  • Electricity fee is fixed at P2,500. This fee covers any equipment that will be used beyond Hill Station’s basic sound system.
  • When an event is booked in the main dining of Hill Station, buffet price will be increased by P250.00.
  • Patron must inform the Caterer for any food allergies or dietary requirements at the time of the confirmation of the booking. We cannot accept responsibility for not including these requirements if insufficient time has been allowed, and the results of any reaction occurring.
